PetroPower T-REX Notifications
- Once users opt-in to T-REX notifications, they can expect to receive SMS and/or email messages for configurable alert states for each of their organization’s well pumps. These alert states will default to predefined thresholds for specific metrics: well control state change, loss of power, runtime, loss of connectivity, and S.P.M (strokes per minute), but they are fully configurable. Users will only receive SMS/Email notifications after they have opted in and verified their communication endpoints via their user settings panel.
- Users can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in reply to the text you received. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- For more granular control over which notifications, you would like to stop and which you would like to continue, you can manage individual subscriptions to each alert rule – disabling/enabling email and/or SMS for each item individually.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@petropower.com
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a message every time an alert rule is triggered that has an active subscription for your user – this could be never, or this could be dozens of times a day based on your personalized subscription settings. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
- If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://www.petropower.com/privacy-policy
